Diane at Paws & Claws is not only unprofessional, but she is rude and I will never allow her to groom any of my dogs again. When I contacted her about an unsatisfactory cut she did on my labradoodle, she dismissed me and of course made it to be my dogs fault. She has groomed my dog before and I told her I would have appreciated her talking with me about the issues when I had picked her up.

We were visiting from out of town and needed a place for our dog for the night. I felt very comfortable leaving her here. Everyone there is wonderful and they took good care of our baby. I highly recommend this place.
I had a really great first time experience! Korrie was great and my yorkie, Winston went right to her. He came out looking so fresh, clean and happy!
after having problems at another groomers I was hesitant of taking my labradoodle in to get groomed. Amber had amazing patience with my dog who is very anxious and did a amazing job on his cut. I will definitely be bring him back to her.

Time to get Makani in for grooming... and realized I neglected to post after last time. I had just moved here from Hawaii, and the last time I had him groomed before I left the island.. they had cut "the butterfly" part off his ears.. needless to say, I was apprehensive, and most of the places the vet was recommending were full. I was able to let her (the vet) know about Amber on our last appointment... and I hope it doesn't get too hard to book! I highly recommend this shop. Professional, and great with my dog.
