I just picked up Coco's urn today. Love that there is a bookmark, wildflower seeds, memory booklet and piece of her fur included. I plan on planting the flowers in my backyard.

It was hard to say goodbye to my baby coon. He was the most loyal and loving cat anyone can have. I cried when I received his urn and fur. I was shock how big the box is and I was able to put his favorite bowl in it. Thank you for the best memorable gift. I will always miss my Coon but it is nice to have a part of him at home.

Got my bestest friend Peanut back today. Everything was perfect from the casting of his paw to the tuff of fur which was a total surprise. Love the memory book and the paw pad in ink. Peanut was always by my side since he was 7 weeks old and would have been 10 on January 17th 2021. Thank y’all

Paws & Remember exceptionally exceeded my expectations with the return of my 3 y/o baby cat who tragically left us. It felt as if the note and poems they left were written in her own words. Every single item I received was returned with love, empathy and compassion. I would recommend this to anyone I know. The greatest thing about this company is they understand how much we love our pets. They understand we are grieving over some ONE, not some thing.

The package they put together for my dog was so thoughtful. Great attention to detail and it left me feeling completely certain that I had my dog’s remains. The paw print is the nicest I’ve ever seen, and the box is beautiful. The hairs were a surprise, and when I saw them I literally gasped and cried. Most importantly, the handoff during COVID times can be difficult, but they were so kind and thoughtful, it really touched me. The personalized service and care that you all provide means the world to me. I have used your services several times over the last several years when I have had to say goodbye to my fur babies. After the loss of my dog last week and the emergency vet not offering your services, I called Steve and he met me at your Richmond office to complete the paperwork and to take care of his arrangements for me. thank you guys so much for taking care of our boy,Jerry Lee ❤ I cannot thank you guys enough!!!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their pet cremated...because of them our German shepherd is in a beautiful container with his name on it,and we have keepsakes, his paw print and they also collected a small bag of his hair..they where also very caring and compassionate towards us and our boy...we will have our boy with us forever...thank you so so so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
