They care well my pet
Friendly staff, thats about it, they do anything to upcharge you, we didnt need TWO x rays for a dislocated jaw, its a 200 dollar entrance fee and the doctor took her temperature rectally when my cat was obviously not sick, just suffering from a dislocated jaw, 1300 dollars just to relocate my cats jaw, 👎

It is very hard to find an ER that could do this surgery in this amount of time. The manager, Andy, was very compassionate and reassuring. We were so lucky in finding Paws and Feathers.
The team of Paws&Feathers are absolute experts with so much love and passion for their work, their patients and the human families. Expert surgeon and team saved our baby boy’s life! Called about my cat and they promptly made an appointment for that day so I wouldn’t have to pay the emergency fee. Dr. Sarah Hadzic was phenomenal and so was her vet tech! I paid $95 for the exam, $325 for X-rays, and then additional for medicine with no insurance. Very fair pricing and exceptional care.
