Poor management, employees are friendly, management is terrible. Just had my dog catch kennel cough from their location and was not sympathetic at all. Vet bill was outrageous and did nothing but say they improved their ventilation system so it wouldn't occur again. I realize pets get sick just like humans but at least have some courtesy towards your customers.

My little dogs Sophie and Betty White have been going to Paws-a-tively Purrfect for many years now, and they love it! Both dogs have monthly grooming appointments, and also enjoy attending doggie day care there. Christine grooms my pups and does an excellent job!
Love Paws.....my dogs get so excited when I turn the corner from Eastown road onto 309.....and the closer i get the more whining and barking they do.....when I open the door they are at the door to Paws.....and cannot wait to get inside and play with their friends.....and they do a great job on grooming them.....Thanks Paws for a AWESOME job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never go back. The last time I took my 2 long haired cats, I came home and brushed 2 Walmart bags of hair off of them. When I called this time I told them I wasn't happy the last time and wanted the cats brushed with a furminator. I was told it would be 10.00 extra per cat (55.00) I agreed. After having them for 7 hours, they were not brushed out. The owner proceeded to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about, when the cats are 10 years old and have been groomed all there lives. I absolutely love this place! The service is great and the workers are always so nice with my little yorkie!
I just wanted to thank you for taking such good car of my Dozer (Hare) over the years. He really enjoyed coming to stay with you all. He passed away today from cancer complications. I am really having a hard time but he is in a better place. Thanks again.
