Dont go. We went to purchase walk behind blower. Spent 20 minutes with associate trying to get to crank. He said call manager in morning. We called manager and he assured nothing wrong. Went down and he did something to make it "crank right up". As soon as we got it home, would not crank again, called him back he said sale is final. Dont go there! Dont know what he did to get it started but was a scam!

Cheap Business with Poor Community Relations. Pawns Plus should be avoided at all costs. They are a poor neighbor and community member. They flash a large P A W N side all night long into the neighboring community and have refused to dim this light pollution after numerous requests. Their business hours are 9AM to 6PM, yet they still flash this bright red sign all night long. The best thing that could happen to this Cave Creek business would be for it to GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

True Pawn Shop – This is a real pawn shop. The prices are some of the best I've seen in Phoenix so I don't know what these other people are talking about. Tons of tools. Their jewelry is online but if you are looking for something they will help you if you ask. I got a nice little ring as a gift for my niece. ($69) I also picked up a couple blurays while I was there. Definitely give this place a shot.

Waste of time – Went in looking to see some jewelry, they sell it all on ebay. Looked around at other items movies, video games, cameras, etc, prices at or above retail. Do not bother. There has to be better pawn shops in NW Phoenix.

Agree to go elsewhere – I will have to agree with the 1 star rating. This place has no idea what customer service is all about and even less about what a fair price for a used item is either buying or selling. The staff is disturbing in that they are armed and as a retired Marine of 21 years I have doubt any of them know what they are doing with a firearm. I would not be surprised if they have or will have an accidental shooting there in the near future. I went in just to browse and see what they had and I left just laughing... read more

great customer service – great deals, great payment plan and treat you as a friend as long as your not a douche. I buy all my dvd's there and they have a great collection of guns. The dude who gave it one star was obviousy a douche.

Unfair and unreasonable prices. Poor management and customer service. Staff is armed and unfriendly. – Seems to be a decent business from the outside. I was looking for some tools for my construction company. I pulled in and went inside, the first thing I noticed was an unsafe and unorganised array of tools and carnage piled on top of every possible horizontal surface. Great products and willing to negotiate. – I went in looking for a tool and walked out with a ton of other things I didn't even know they carried. Jason was especially friendly and was quick to help me with any question I had. All in all a great experience. Thanks guys.
