ALWAYS FRIENDLY TO ME Never Rude to me. Always pleasant and easy to talk with. Nice to deal with even if not buying.
RUDE Clearly, no customer service skills or unskilled. Cannot visualize what a thin gold band might look like to give a quick very simple estimate. This tells me they are either inexperienced or just want people to come in so they can jack you. The donkey on the phone was not calm or professional, using a snotty tone of voice upon my inquiry.
