Gaylesberg Pawn Central has great staff, super friendly and kind. It was so clean in there and prices were on point. I did a layaway on a sweet metal detector and they have a team member that can fix cellphones for a great price. I would definitely recommend Pawn Central to my family and friends. Cheers, Mike

We offered a full exchange or store credit for the phone you purchased, which by your own admission was not broken or damaged. It is a store policy not to do cash refunds, however, we offered a cash refund to you to try to remedy the situation. There is always a restocking fee on cell phones due to the fact that we have to guarantee they will work for the carrier as stated.
