This is the second time we have brought our dog Lola to PawMed. We had such a good experience the first time, PawMed was top of mind with this latest "emergency". Cody, Jess, and Dr Carol were very patient and understanding throughout our visit. I never felt pressure to order any tests that they recommended and we worked out a reasonable plan of action. I highly recommend!
This is a great urgent care. Our primary vet couldn’t see our dog, so we took him here. The following day we took our other dog in as well. They were quick to get them in, kind, and very reasonably priced. I was surprised at how fairly priced it was. The vet we saw was wonderful, as was the tech. I hope we don’t have to go back, but this is definitely the place I will go to if we do!
They were very friendly and thorough. Hank didn’t mind at all being checked out.
This was my first emergency with my kitty, Pumpkin. I was in shambles over the phone- and not to mention while in the room while the technicians and doctors checked him out. HUGE shoutout for the woman on front desk who took my call. We were taken back as soon as we had gotten into the building and they were so gentle with him. Me and Pumpkin both adored our technician and doctor. Turns out he had a UTI , but it was still a frightening experience. PawMed was fantastic. The staff are so caring and kind. The vet was knowledgeable and helpful and took plenty of time to explain everything thoroughly. Everyone was very understanding with our nervous dog and treated him so well. They were so fast for emergency care too. I would definitely recommend them and would go back for any future urgent care needs for our pups.
