They were pretty good at doing fillings without too much pain or discomfort, but were NOT upfront about what they were actually doing or the COST. I thought I was going in for one filling, but they ended up doing 4 which cost $1000! I was excepting a $200-ish bill.... Not happy!! They should have told me what to expect knowing i was paying out of pocket!!!!!
**10 out of 10 Stars. Today was my first trip back to the dentist in a couple of years; for two filling replacements. The numbing gel worked insanely fast, and the needles didn’t hurt at all. No uncomfortable “pressure,” “ouches,” or pinches during any part of the procedure. I’m usually very tense at the dentist, but this felt like 2026-level work and it’s only 2025. I was excited to try this new dental office as it was conveniently located near my home but unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by an unexpected charge. I received a procedure/treatment that turned out not to be covered under my dental benefits at this time, something I only learned about after the appointment. The hygienist did inform me about the treatment and I clearly stated that I only wanted procedures covered by my insurance. Unfortunately it wasn’t. Came recommended by co-workers and made the switch. So glad I did! I’ve had a few experiences with different dentists and staff and all have been great. I feel way more comfortable going there than my previous dentist, and feel like they use more modern techniques and equipment.
