DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT do Buisness with this company!! They have really poor service very unfriendly staff and they will jip you out of your money! No wonder they are not BBB Accredited!! They set on my fiance's glasses for over a month and when he asked for his money back..they had the nerve to charge him a re- processing fee!!! What the hell!! Beware this place it is a rip off!!
I have been waiting over a month for prescription glasses, but still have not received them. No follow-up by staff. I finally went to the office, but was closed for floors to be refinished, following week, closed during lunch hours. Eyecare Eyewear is not accommodating to customer needs which is very unfortunate.
