My husband was seen in 2017 for a minor issue and we just received a bill in Feb. 2020. The office secretary told me, "their computer system was down for a year and could not replace it", they did not even submit a claim to my insurance because I called to verify. I just received a statement from my insurance that they had just submitted the claim in June 2020, but you at most only have 18 months to submit an insurance claim after a service.
