Kim and Trina are so warm and welcoming when you come in the door. They truly treat my dogs like family💚 and give them lots of attention to make them feel comfortable. They work hard and keep a very clean establishment. I love that Kim gives them the haircuts that I request! She is wonderful.

We have a cat with extremely long fur. The folks at Pawfessional have no problem grooming him. They do an excellent job. If your dog or cat needs grooming, take them here. They are patient and gentle with even the squirmiest of pets. Keep up the great work.

Caring staff helped my nervous cat to stay calm and relaxed making the visit today easier on us both. Knowledgeable vet tech Kim took the time to talk about pet care with me and learned something new today about disease prevention in cats from her. Will be back in the future!
This was Sophie's first time at the groomers. She spent most of the afternoon there because she was a little anxious and squirmy. Kim was so patient and understanding. We appreciated it so much. Kim, thank you for taking your time and making sure that she'll love going to the groomers in the future! We will definitely be back!
