Such a great place! I have a cat with super long and thick hair that gets matted very easily and he always looks great after he gets shaved. I was so nervous finding a place to get him groomed, but we will always take him back when he needs it. He has never been sedated either.
they did the opposite of what I wanted when it was stated clearly several times. I will not go back and would not recommend them to anyone.
they ruined my dog. they cut all his hair off and he looks like a mutt now. and they went against what we said we wanted. 😬
