We could not ask for better service and communication than what we received from both Ken and Pamela when taking care of our 2 cats for an extended period. Twice daily they were consistent with the feeding time, following our instructions and went above and beyond with other tasks we did not expect. They are the sweetest people and provided daily journal updates via the portal with pictures. We will defiantly be using Pawfect Pet Sitter when the need arises in the future, and hopefully have Ken and Pamela again.

I have been using Pawfect Petsitting services for the past 4 years to look after our three cats and I am so thrilled I found them! My husband is a nervous traveler to begin with and the thought of leaving his pets and having someone in his home is enough to make him not want to take a vacation. We had a great experience with Pawfect Pet Sitter. Britanny took excellent care of our cats and our dog while we were away. Communication was clear and consistent, and she kept us updated with photos, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. She also left everything very clean, even though our dog can be a bit messy.
