Compassionate and through … gives you the time you need .. sympathetic and truly cares about his patients! Brilliant to add to his qualities!
Dr. Rao is very knowledgeable and empathetic. Most of all he is a truly genuine kind man.
Dr. Rao is extremely intelligent and I trust his expertise completely! He listens when I have concerns and I trust him with my kidney health!
I would have given this place zero stars if I could. The doctor was warm and had a good bedside manner but the office staff is rude and combative. I had to reschedule two appointments due to being in a household of 4 kids in which sickness happens fairly often and they cancel me as a patient. However, it was ok for the office to cancel on me 3 times at the last minute. Show people the same courtesy and respect that you demand. Avoid this place at all costs!
