Extremely disappointing experience. It has now been over 4 days without a single update about our dog. Leaving your pet somewhere and hearing absolutely nothing for days is unacceptable. On top of that, they barely answer their phones, making it nearly impossible to get any information. The boarding process was also a complete mess. We were told beforehand that our dog’s vaccinations were all up to date, but when we arrived to drop her off, we were suddenly told she was missing some. We had such a great experience at Paw Sweet Paw! The staff treated our puppy Halo like she was one of their own from the moment we walked in. She came home looking absolutely beautiful, happy, and relaxed, which tells me she was well cared for the entire time. Everyone was so kind, patient, and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely love the dogs they work with. It’s such a relief knowing Halo is in great hands. We’ll definitely be coming back for all of her grooming needs. Highly recommend!
