RecommendedWell, I love this place! I drive from Virginia to see the vets, Dr Messaoud is the best. He really cares for animal and it shows. I used to take my dog there, he now passed away of old age but I was never disappointed by the cares he received his whole life long. He got 3 surgeries done there, all done efficiently and low cost so now that I got a new puppy, it was only natural to me to take him there.. I wish I could give negative stars. The experience was absolutely horrible. I spent 8 hours driving because of this place. I live an hour and a half away and I asked to talk to the manager/owner, Cynthia, I left a message, and she didn't bother calling me back. The communication sucked and was very unclear. I was told one thing and was made promises, and then when it was time to fulfill them, I was ridiculed and treated very unprofessionally. Chance has been with them since he was a baby and now he's a whole BIG BOY (7yrs old). They've always taken great care of him! I love taking him to Paw Prints!❤
The staff is wonderful, friendly, and caring, their check-in and helping process (Covid-centric) is terrific, and they do NOT overcharge you.
Our dog Lola had a bad experience after a Spay and was close to bleeding to death. Through much coordination we were able to be connected to PawPrints for surgery this AM. Lola is a part of our family and without saying it we deeply needed reassuring. The surgeon "Tami Pyle" was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! After a horrific experience with her 1st surgery (at a completely different hosital) we were so pleased to have the reassurance she gave and the compassion and care she showed. Pet taken in for UTI, came out limping. Was told something probably happened during the sonogram. Given meds. Got got worse. Took her back 4 days later because dog’s limping was worse and she was in a lot of pain. Told by a different vet that her shoulder was out of place. Said he popped it back in and it should be better. Back again the next day. Dog screaming in pain and back-end completely paralyzed. Third vet said it appeared to be coming from the spine. When asked about shoulder, said no problem with shoulder. Hire new technician & doctors, would not recommend having your animals treated there.
