Long drive from Portage, but worth it. Their prices are amazing, and the vets and aids are so nice!
They have always taken great care of my 2 dogs. One of my dogs has diabetes which was caught early on and they got him on insulin and the correct dog food right away. (Thanks Dr. Davis!) The other day when I was there to pick up dog food for my diabetic dog I had to take my 6 week old daughter with me. The lady offered to help take the dog food out to my car since I had my daughter which I appreciated so much! They are great with the pets and have GREAT customer service as well.
we haven't been clients for very long when we had to have my cat put to sleep. The kindness and care they showed to my cat and myself in his final moments meant the world to me. They even sent me a sympathy card. I just want to say a huge thank you to them all for thier compassion in a very difficult time.
Today I came home to my 15yr old dog having a seizure. I called my vetinary clinic in Mattawan who I've taken my dogs to for 20years. I was told they could not see me because they only had one Dr on duty and recommended I drive to Kalamazoo. At the time I pretty much new my girl has seen her last days so I was extremely upset. I called PPVC and I was told they to only had one Dr on duty but go ahead and bring Sara in. They were wonderful and they didn't even know me! We love this clinic! We moved far away and tried a local vet, when you are use to the best, it's hard to settle for less! Hence, we went back to PPVC! worth the extra time to get there! Friendly and professional staff!
I have never been here, but I messaged them when my cat went missing, just asking for them to keep an eye out if anyone brought her in. They went above and beyond, made a flyer, and hung it up. Better treatment than most places!
In the short time since we’ve started going to PPVC, they have been wonderful from A-Z! We have met several of the staff members and have only been met with smiles and you feel like you’re the only one there when they are in with you even when you know how busy they are. They care about your pets and you! Super friendly, yet very professional. They are a great team and it shows! Our pets leave happy too!!
