I took my 6 month old Yorkie to have some matts trimmed from his legs, nails cut and a bath. I told the groomer exactly what I wanted and she repeated it back to me. When I went to pick up Scout, I paid and was sent to get him out of a kennel. I did not recognize him, until he started barking and jumping up, they had shaved my beautiful blue and gold puppy bald. Absolutely the worst grooming I’ve ever experienced. They completely shaved my golden retriever without my knowledge. Never called to let me know she was ready and she sat there for 4 hours and the groomer just so happened to have left for the day when I picked up my butchered dog that was left in a cage with a blower on her. They also don’t check for any type of vet records which I’m pretty sure isn’t legal or safe for anyone’s pet. Been going there for a about a year. Hit or miss but mostly miss. If you want your dog shaved and placed in a crate with blowers drying them then I suggest this place. On the other hand if you want welcoming groomers, someone treating them with love and actually grooming vs shaving then choose another place. It’s trash, no customer service and no grooming skills...don’t waste your money or your pet’s care 😩😩😩😩

Paw Park Palace is a fun place for you to bath your dog yourself❤️ or, if you prefer they will groom your pup. They have a lot of items that you can purchase for your pets need as well.
Just took my 5 month old German shepherd for the first time and absolutely loved it! The self service is awesome and convenient and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Definitely will be a return customer:)

Great place to get the pups washed. If your dog is stubborn and hard to bathe, they have all the tools to make it quick and simple! Plus everyone there are very friendly, and a pleasure talking to. Highly recommend! :)
