Would not recommend them... went to a "puppy training " ceremony and one of the dogs broke loose and bit my hand, and then the staff acted like "no big deal"- maybe that happens a lot... btw the puppy was a pit bull... never shown documentation that the dog had its shots (as I had requested) but then again, the dogs was one of their clients and I was only a prospective client...
LONG WAIT HIGH PRICE – They put us in a tiny stinky room with our dogs and made us wait for over 30 minutes until we complained. The doctors were loafing while we waited then tried to convince us they were just soooo busy. Prices are high for vet service anywhere in Charlotte but these folks are really high. I'm still looking
Over charged me for bloodwork – My cat had a simple cold and needed antibiotics, instead they made it sound like he had feline lukiemia and kept him there for two days at $80 a night, then they said he should have all these tests done and over charged me by $30-40 per test. A cat with a simple cold cost me $500.... WTF
best vet in charlotte! – I have been coming to Total Bond At Paw Creek for over 10 years!!! I feel like part of the family. My pets are well taken care of. They take time to answer all your questions. DR. "C" is the best vet!! I have told a lot of my friends about this clinic and some have switched to them also. Thanks From THE BOSTONS
