This place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. I have spent two years trying to get my dog fully vaccinated, only to be given conflicting information at every step. Each time I’m told there is only one vaccine left, I later find out there’s yet another requirement. The lack of consistency and communication is unacceptable. We had a funeral to attend and my wife and I were very concerned about our dog, Chance being in a kennel. He is afraid of other dogs and living in Bowling Green for only a couple of months we didn’t have any idea of where to leave him. We were so blessed to find Paw A Day! We left our 2 huskies here for a week while we were out of town - could not have asked for a better experience. We got emails daily with photos and a review of how/what they did that day. It was awesome! I know they were well taken care of and we didn’t worry at all. I could not recommend this place enough - the staff is wonderful and our dogs loved it there. Best pet boarding in BG!
