Rico loves when we take him to paw-a-day inn!!!
This place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. I have spent two years trying to get my dog fully vaccinated, only to be given conflicting information at every step. Each time I’m told there is only one vaccine left, I later find out there’s yet another requirement. The lack of consistency and communication is unacceptable. Additionally, many pet owners have complained that this facility is consistently overcrowded and understaffed. It’s clear they do not have the capacity to provide efficient or reliable care.
