When I say I’ve been crying all night I’m not exaggerating. I had an appointment for color and cut with grace. I will admit I had an unreasonable expectation on what color I could achieve. That’s not the issue. The issue is I told her where to cut my hair and she cut way more off then I agreed to. My hair was to my butt and now it’s to my bra line. Pavo is the best in every way. I have been a customer for some 18 years now and would not consider another salon. I have monthly haircuts at either the beautiful new Central or the Laurelwood location, and I use the spa at Laurelwood as often as possible.
Visited Pavo for the first time in the Midtown location as my stylist Stephanie Brown had relocated there. The staff was very professional and courteous and the place was very clean. Of course, Steph did a great job and I'll be back soon.
