I had to leave a review because I was SO impressed with my experience at Pavane! I had called a few weeks ago, because I saw they carried a very specific designer that isn’t accessible at a lot of locations in the US. The day I called, I had spoken to Haley who was knowledgeable, kind, and patient and really took time to get to know me and what I was looking for. Spent the day in St. Pete over from Tampa. Visited this elegant boutique and so super surprised at the designers here. The employees were so kind and helpful. Even set up our lunch reservations at a great restaurant down the street. This was our 3rd bridal boutique over the past week and by far the best. My daughter said yes to dress number 3! Loved my experience! I was attended by Genesis, an absolute doll. Very attentive and the experience was smooth from start to finish!
I had the best experience working with Vanessa as my bridal stylist. She made me feel comfortable, supported, and listened closely to what I liked (and what I didn’t). She pulled dresses that matched my vision perfectly as well as dresses I wouldn’t have picked for myself but ended up loving. My appointment was seamless and I found my dress- the first one Vanessa pulled. Highly recommend!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This boutique was a complete waste of time and money. I sent my Pinterest board and photos in advance, yet they didn’t have a single dress in the styles I asked for. The stylist didn’t bother to warn me, which feels downright dishonest. I walked in only to be told they had almost no mermaid dresses and zero lace options—the entire reason for my appointment.
