I was prepped for a test and the receptionist said I wasn’t scheduled! I found out that they scheduled my procedure for the year 2040 instead of 2020,, They did not even have the decency to change patients when they made the mistake! Also, the nurse prepped me before the test you would think that they would communicate with each other! They have no right to treat any patient like this!
