Dr.Benson and office staff are excellent. I had a colposcopy done by him and I was very nervous. He was compassionate and explained everything to me. I hardly felt anything. His assistant Rebecca was very caring and offered me support. Great doctor. Great experience.
Review posted in 2022: I came to this practice around 2015-16 because it seemed to be popular, what I didn’t consider, which was foolish of me is that I may stand apart from the women that referred me as I am WOC. Despite having my usually debilitating cramps and heavy cycles glossed over, I stuck with this practice for my 2020 pandemic prenatal care and delivery. i love the doctors and the office but they NEVER answer the phone and don’t give an option to leave a voicemail or make an online appointment, i’ve been trying to reach them for 3 weeks calling once a day and they never answer .
Ive been going here since May, and since my first visit..I have not regretted my decision to see the doctors in this office. Dr.Benson,Dr Shatz, Dr Meleyka all so good. They literally LISTENED to every concern I had, I felt heard. Bedside manners are great. They know there stuff. Meridith is a sweetheart, Joyce is fabulous. I’ve had pretty good encounters with reception, no issues. The nurse that fills the paperwork out so sweet and attentive. I’d recommend this practice.
