Delivered flowers to the wrong address then ruined the surprise of anonymity... once I called them to let them know they delivered it to the wrong store location they tried to tell me they had the wrong address... little did they know the people who work at the store they delivered it to already sent me a picture of the card which clearly had the address I had given Pavlics written on it... so they tell me they will fix the problem...
