Dr. Constantine G. Pavlakos did a fantastic job with my dental implant. The entire process was smooth and — surprisingly — completely pain-free. He was always clear and didactic, taking the time to explain each step in a way that made me feel confident and informed. The staff was equally great — helpful, kind, and flexible. Unfortunately, my periodontist of twenty years retired and referred his patients to doctor Pavlakas. He treated me like my concerns were meaningless. I had an emergency with my upper implant hurting. They kept me waiting in the office for two and a half hours. Finally , I was called in to the examining room where I waited another hour. He pressed on my gum and asked if it hurt. I had a great experience getting an implant with Dr. Pavlokas. He gave a great explanation of what the procedures would entail, followed up after every procedure to make sure it was healing well. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs an implant.
