Paola was great. She helped me with all the move in process from start to end. However, I did have a hard time canceling the lease, they "accidentally " renewed it when I already was moved out, or at least got some strange emails from them about the lease, months after I moved out.
I had a great experience with this property and especially with Alejandro! I had to find a new apartment on very short notice, Alejandro gave me a tour on the same day despite his busy schedule and even worked after hours to finalize my paper work the same day. After the move in he made sure everything was going well and offered to help with setting up my blinds. On top of being very helpful he is also a really enjoyable person to talk to. Would definitely recommend!
