I have lived in a 3 bed, 2 bath in this community for about 2 1/2 years and I have loved it. The office is kind and very cooperative, amenities are clean and maintenance shows up for our repairs within hours to a few days (maybe). I also feel very safe here!! It seems to be a mixed community but lots of young adults. Perfect location and easy to get anywhere via the surrounding highways. Of course all places have their things. This is hands down one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in, throughout 20 years of renting. The second night living there a homeless woman showed up on my patio playing with herself while screaming profanities. Following that, I was tormented every single day and night by the couple living in unit 2209.
