I love the management team here . The property managers are friendly and attentive. The upkeep on the apartment complex is nice . I mean it is downtown Phoenix so on the outside perimeter of the complex by light rail you may see some grit but the team does a good job with maintaining it. I like that the lofts are spacious, It’s usually pretty quiet here too. Parking sometimes can be difficult, but they usually always have parking on the side street. Been here for six months and no complaints.
I love love love "The Pavilions" not only are they really nice inside,washer and dryer included, there is also a gym, package concierge it's a really cool community, the residents here are so respectful and kind, it's quite and peaceful, very well kept, I feel safe, the maintenance workers are top tier so helpful and happy to help you with anything you need fixed, the front office receptionist and manager are the best, I'm so very happy I chose to move here I couldn't be happier with this whole experience!
To preface this review, the maintenance staff are incredible, down to earth people and they do a really good job anytime something needs repairs in unit. They get 5 stars. The management get 0 stars. When I moved in 3 years ago, this property was extremely well run and the communication and amenities were great. Over the course of these 3 years, management has changed constantly and what we have currently is another sad creation of private equity.
