Horrible communication with Bella and Crystal from beginning to end. Don’t waste your money with an application. They give false background reports and false information on move in requirements. They Wasted 3 weeks of my time trying to move in and my money! I did everything asked of me and they were not transparent. So many red flags with this company and I still tried. I’m actually happy they aren’t allowing me to move in. Especially, with all of their miscommunication and false information.
Very frustrated, disappointed, and shocked by this community. I went in Monday 6/29/2026 around 5:10 pm. Sign, and Google says they are open until 6 pm but no one’s there. I figured they are on a tour so I waited a while, but since all the lights were off I figured I’d close early. Now today 6/30 I call around 4 to make sure they are open until 6pm. Lady says I need to come by 5:15 for a tour. I explain I’m off at 5 I can come soon as possible, and she says the latest 5:30pm. I get there 5:33pm and she’s in the back fiddling... read more
Loveee loveee Crystal she is so sweet and super patient! Property is beautiful and kept up nicely! Highly recommend Renting :)
I love the management team here . The property managers are friendly and attentive. The upkeep on the apartment complex is nice . I mean it is downtown Phoenix so on the outside perimeter of the complex by light rail you may see some grit but the team does a good job with maintaining it. I like that the lofts are spacious, It’s usually pretty quiet here too. Parking sometimes can be difficult, but they usually always have parking on the side street. Been here for six months and no complaints.
