This apartment complex has been, by far, the worst I’ve rented in my twenty years as a tenant. In my very first week here, a homeless woman made her way onto my patio, screamed profanities, and began indecent acts outside my daughter’s bedroom window—waking her up on her very first night and leaving her in tears. I have lived in a 3 bed, 2 bath in this community for about 2 1/2 years and I have loved it. The office is kind and very cooperative, amenities are clean and maintenance shows up for our repairs within hours to a few days (maybe). I also feel very safe here!! It seems to be a mixed community but lots of young adults. Perfect location and easy to get anywhere via the surrounding highways. Of course all places have their things.
