I have lived in a 3 bed, 2 bath in this community for about 2 1/2 years and I have loved it. The office is kind and very cooperative, amenities are clean and maintenance shows up for our repairs within hours to a few days (maybe). I also feel very safe here!! It seems to be a mixed community but lots of young adults. Perfect location and easy to get anywhere via the surrounding highways. Of course all places have their things. We had a problem with our kitchen lighting, and Noah was here WITHIN MINUTES to fix it! Thank you Noah. You are great!
This is hands down one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in, throughout 20 years of renting. Management lies in their responses to negative reviews. What they write there is simply to protect their investors and is to protect their public image. In reality this apartment complex sucks.
Avoid this place at all costs! The walls are paper-thin—you can hear everything. The area is surrounded by homeless people all the time, and the gates are almost always open, allowing anyone to come in. The worst part is that management will try to squeeze every penny out of you with endless fines. On top of that, the AC units and appliances are outdated, leading to sky-high electricity bills. My summer bill hit $475 and never dropped below $400 for months in a two-bedroom. Definitely not worth the hassle!
