Honest Review I have been a resident at pavilion village since 2017 and have truly seen this property go from great to worst as a result from the many changes in staffing roles with property managers, assistant property managers, and leasing agents. I’ve had to make many complaints on neighbors such as leaving trash outside of their doors for several days, children being left unattended/unsupervised in the breezeways and playing near residents doors, being attacked by a neighbors dog that was not listed on their lease or cl... read more
Hello all. I am writing this review to say DO NOT SIGN A LEASE AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I have been living in this neighborhood for 3 years and should have left 2 years ago. I have had to make several complaints to the current property manager and assistant property manager in regards to the noise and activity of my neighbors. The complaints made on my neighbors have included them smoking marijuana/cigarettes when the property is smoke free, loud music being played after hours, my upstairs neighbor stomping purposely and... read more
