the surgery went great. But the billing is another story. I contacted billing on many occasions notifying them that they used an incorrect code to bill insurance. So one month later I am still trying to determine if they will ever correctly code the procedure. Billing appears to be outsourced and I cannot directly contact Pavillion.
My grandma stepped into this office, at 11am. She left at 4pm!! they kept her in there, in a cold room for 5 hours with no one checking on her. They gave her a blanket, but they gave her a very difficult time!!

Sadly, the reason you are getting a 1 star isn't because the nurses and doctors there. This facility insisted on me paying the deductible, which was already billed by another provider. So on top of the amount due, you collected more money than necessary. When I came in for the 2nd surgery, I refused to pay you because you still would owe me money.
