My doctor Sandford Shen was the best of the best. But after surgery a nurse named Dot woke me and she literally pulled me from the bed and tried to force me into a wheelchair! Like it’s time to go! My doctor just did the best job in the world! And I can’t be moved like that as I had eye surgery! If she succeeded in her wrestling me to a wheelchair I would have been severely injured! They lie to you. They will tell you your appointment is at one time when it's really 2 hours later(9:30 was actually 11:30). Then they run late. 5 hours for a cataract surgery from arrival to completion is not acceptable.
