I’ve worn contacts for 20 years. Every morning, I have to put my contacts in and take them out upwards of 10 times until they’re finally not blurry. I told Dr. Colton Wicks and he explained to me that my contacts have a right side up and that I could use the lines on the contacts to figure out the orientation of them so I can see clearly. Um what!?!? All of these years and no one had explained that to me! this is life changing lol thank you Dr.Wicks!
I had an eye exam and it was covered thru insurance. The copay was supposed to be 40 dollar plus my glasses were supposed to be paid for since I stayed below the cost of what the insurance would cover and the lenses were only supposed to be 67 dollars. When they rang me up it ended up being 160 plus with no itemized receipt, only showing total. I received my glasses and something didn’t seem right as I left with them on.
