Went in for a blood draw. Waiting time was minimal and procedure was very quick. Phlobotomist was professional and obviously experienced as the needle poke was much less than I'd experienced in the past in different medical offices.

As a Healthcare provider who orders imaging often, our facility had to switch to community hospital as we were waiting 4-5 days for x-ray reads. Really unprofessional in terms of turnaround times.
