My chart sucks and cannot reac anyone on weekends although the schedule appts at 8am on Mondays. Really bad set up!
I believe her name was Lily that did my ultrasound today and she was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and I would highly recommend her. I’d give her 10 stars if I could thank you so much for making me feel so welcome I will forever come here for all of my ultrasounds
Dr. Cruz made unprofessional and rude comments in my chart along with my 'diagnosis'. Very unprofessional. I will never return to this facility and I don't recommend anybody going there!
Phlebotomist Kris was super competent & fast. I came in expecting what I’ve usually gotten (trying one arm, then the other, then back to the first arm / leaving large bruises / having to switch needles to use the butterfly needles, having to call someone else in) but she was in and out in a matter of seconds. 10/10 would get poked again.
