Always very professional.
Took over a month to get an MRI scheduled. Went in early and realized I was claustrophobic. Had to reschedule which took multiple phone calls over a couple of weeks. Finally got another MRI scheduled with a medication to calm me. But what do they do? Schedule me for a smaller machine than the first time. Now it has been over seven months and still don't have an MRI completed. And it's not like I can go anywhere else in the Grand Valley. Would not recommend and will not utilize their services again.
