There are NO postings on whether or not its private property. My partner and I visited the lake pulling into the parking lot and got out to check out the view to see. A man and his wife were walking up from the lake and looked at us and told us it was private property and that we pretty much needed to leave. Even after we said we weren't familiar with the area and just were looking. If that is the way your 'members' treat people I say avoid it at all costs.

Had my wedding here on May 1. Food was great, staff was wonderful! Couldn't have asked for more. Lindsey, our day of coordinator, was amazing and kept everything on track.
