The Market Pavilion is pound for pound THE best hotel on the Charleston Peninsula, the rooftop bar and Grill 225 are both exceptional....enjoyed my Kobe burger in the sunshine.

Stayed Here before and it was a very nice hotel. Went today and waited 20 mins on the rooftop and no one came to ask for our orders. We brought friends that have never been to Charleston and wanted them to experience your roof top. Really disappointed at the lack of attention by the many staff walking around. We had great times before today. Not sure if we will go back...drinks are too expensive for the lack of service.
Absolutely beautiful view of the sunset! The staff was also extremely friendly and accommodating. They also have heated sectioning outside on the rooftop which I thought was really nice making it comfortable even when a little chillier. :)
I have never stayed in the hotel because I live in Charleston but bartenders on the roof and in the restaurant are always great. Dave and rest have been staples on the market for a long time and it's good to see familiar faces when I go out. Pavillion is always a spot on my list when the wife and I go out.
Everyone is so nice there bartenders fun and friendly We always stop there when we are in town
