No one returns phone calls. Their website statement about regular family updates is a joke. My family member has been there almost a week and NO ONE will talk to us and give us an update. We are completely in the dark about their well being. We call and get shunted to her "therapist's" voicemail. Very upsetting, unprofessional and disturbing.
