New management is a joke, we are good tenants, but our neighbors are ridiculous, they have 7 to 8 people living there they smoke so much inside the apartment it comes through the drains and everything else, they get into arguments and fist fights, and there's people in and out all day and all night. Management has done nothing about them, plus they only mow the grass once a month, and now they raise the rent and want a signed rent agreement.....
