I’ve lived here for 8 years. Management is wildly unprofessional and non-responsive. My car was vandalized directly in front of the B building and when I requested footage for my insurance, the manager could not provide assistance. I was on the waiting list for over 1.5 years for parking in my building. Food deliveries aren’t allowed upstairs for “resident safety” and residents aren’t allowed to access their mail except between 9am-6pm for mail safety.
