My car was vandalized directly in front of the * building and when I requested footage for my insurance, the manager could not provide assistance. I was on the waiting list for over 1.5 years for parking in my building. Food deliveries arent allowed upstairs for resident safety and residents arent allowed to access their mail except between 9am-6pm for mail safety. RecommendedI have been living at the Pavilion Towers for over Sixteen Years. The Other Tenants are ALRIGHT. But I like it Also as a place to Retreat To. I am retired. The Apartments are Nice. The Pavilion has a Good Laundry Rooms in Both Buildings. Each Building has a Terrific Grocery Store. I don't have a Car. But there are many Beautiful ways to Get Around and Travel when your living at this Pavilion Towers. The 108 Bus Drives Up to these Two Pavilion Buildings. And the 108 Bus travels through New Jersey and Also to New York City's 4... read more

live here and recommend it!
Very pleasant landlord and management team. I know them from another acquisition of theirs. Before they came into the building it was a mess and under a ton of distress. Once they came in the building has changed in so many good ways!
