Federal way slums
It is definitely a place to live. Maintenance is really good, Yoel is a great handy man. That is where it ends. In my two years of living there I have had two neighbors murdered, witnessed countless domestic assaults, consistently need to be on edge for roaming loose Pitbulls (Insurance doesn’t cover those dogs so idk why they’re allowed to live there), many parking spots are filled with project cars (that will never run and look ghetto), the night being noise polluted with engine revving and stereo blasting. I wouldn’t recommend moving here. The service request take two weeks to get handled and the communication is terrible after becoming a tenant.
