I have lived in this community for over 6 years. It wasnt until recently that i have experienced major noise concerns that affect my daily life. The staff have been great about responding and addressing concerns quickly. Shanti especially has been amazing to work with and even spent time after her normal working hours to make sure my concerns were listened too. Ecxelent job , fast , efficient, clean and polite , thank you so much for repair shower fouset leak on the shower and refrigerator gup on the doors , the maintenance did it with in 1 hour .
They do not take care of when neighbors are making noise. When neighbors are having dirt in front of your house. Because of their garbage can't wait to move out of here.
Federal way slums
It is definitely a place to live. Maintenance is really good, Yoel is a great handy man. That is where it ends. In my two years of living there I have had two neighbors murdered, witnessed countless domestic assaults, consistently need to be on edge for roaming loose Pitbulls (Insurance doesn’t cover those dogs so idk why they’re allowed to live there), many parking spots are filled with project cars (that will never run and look ghetto), the night being noise polluted with engine revving and stereo blasting.
