Came here for the first time with my daughter, she absolutely loved all of the staff. Everyone from this office was extremely kind!! We will definitely continue coming to this office for her appointments and glasses!

I am incredibly satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Pennock and his staff. Dealing with a highly complicated case can be challenging, but the entire team has been exceptionally thorough, supportive, and professional.
From the scheduling call through appointment everyone was very thorough. The Doctor and Intake coordinator took the time to listen and ask clarifying questions to make sure they understood my daughters symptoms. While the appointment was lengthy, we were well informed prior that the testing would take time. We did not feel rushed and the Doctor took time to explain the outcome and various treatment options. I am not sure why there are sub par reviews, they did an excellent job from appointment prep through diagnosis.
