Very patient and friendly, extremely knowledgeable, the best eye care for my daughter.
The appointment time was 730 and the doors were locked until 740. Appointments this early should not be available if the office is not open at that time and the doors are locked. When I questioned about this mishap I received no explanation.
Doctor was great. Confusing why they bill under medical insurance and not vision benefits. We arrived to our appointment that was end of the day, and the office was closed and their phones went to answering service. When I called the next day they stated they had received a cancelation message, that I never sent. On my end I had confirmed appointment.
