Lost Heat/Hot water leads to lost Job Roomate/Landlord called Pavidis this AM when the heating system conked out on all three zones. Their Service co-ordinator said they'd have some one out today to fix an issue they supposedly fixed yesterday. I had to be to work at 5PM. No hot water would've been fine, but with the promise of hot water re-enforced at 2:45PM I waited. At 3:45 PM I got an answering service. Finally a call from an arrogant bastard at 5pm promised us service the next day, not soon enough for me to save or keep... read more
