We hired Pavers By Design to install a french drain, tear out our old deck and create a beautiful new patio space. Our experience with this company exceeded our expectations on all levels. Vance and crew did a great job from start to finish. Vance was always on time from the initial quote to completing the job. We hired Vance to redo our back patio and he completed it in December 2017. He came back in the Spring of 2018 to power wash the patio because it had a white powdered look to it. After power washing it, he never came back to re-sand the cracks. He said he did, but my surveillance cameras show otherwise. The cracks filled up with weeds and looked terrible. From the original quote to the spectacular clean up after the project, Vance is extremely professional and very customer focused. We had a very large, expensive pool project - the design work was good, the customer service and transparency of cost was not. We signed an agreement with Vance and at the end of the project he tried to charge us for over $3000 more than what was agreed upon. Our selections of stone were determined before the agreement was signed, therefore there should not have been additional cost to justified was he was asking for and without proof presented.
