If anyone is looking to have their patio pavers restored DO NOT use Paver Restoration, **** *** was the most unprofessional passive aggressive individual weve ever come across. He bragged about the lawsuits hes been involved in due to his work and overall attitude. Look at his reviews on Yelp. Tons of complaints. Save yourself the aggravation and find someone else.
I hired this company to clean, resand, and seal my paver patio. They do not follow manufacturer specifications and requirements for re-sanding the pavers, thus the job was a complete fail. Sand that they put in started to come out within days of job completion. Once he was paid, the owner never came back to address the issues, even though he has promised to do so. RecommendedWe recently worked with Robert and his team. They did a great job!!!! Everything turned out just as I wanted it. He installed a walkway, a patio, fire pit, patio seating walls and retaining walls. He helped turn our vision into reality! They were available for questions along the way and our yard was cleaned up when they left. We love our new backyard!!
We could not be happier with the work Robert and his team did on our patio and walkways. Our restoration exceeded our expectations and looks like new! They were friendly, professional and extremely clean. We highly recommend this team!

Rob did some estimates for me. I was told pallets of materials he was purchasing only came in 85sf increments. This wasn't true, they are 107sf per pallet. I know it's 107sf because I just did the small walkway myself, it's on the EP Henry website, and EP Henry corp confirmed that. He even asked me to have an EP Henry rep write this to him in an email which is laughable. Rob and his crew did a complete overhaul of our patio to include a retaining wall that subs as bench seating. His crew were so polite and kept the area clean. This job took 7 days and it was the best experience we have ever had with contractors. Our expectations were exceeded!!! It all started with Gina in the office. She is amazing and so courteous and she returns your calls quickly. Customer service is a high priority for this company and they delivered. We highly recommend Rob and his crew. You won’t be disappointed.
Rob and his crew recently completed a large restoration for me. It was a 25-year-old driveway And from start to finish he did everything he promised and more. The first impression of this company is with Gina who is awesome phone calls or promptly returned etc. The project took seven days and my driveway looks brand new. Very professional company and I highly recommend.
