Fast, professional attention to my needs (a cracked retainer). Pleasant, compassionate, professional staff.
Both of my daughters have received care here and we have been very happy. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and professional.
6 months in. The staff have been kind and responsive the whole way — whenever I've had a problem, they've handled it quickly. I'll be honest that the treatment is rough: braces are regularly painful and 15 months is a long stretch. But I don't think anything would've made this easier — they were upfront about the options and I think I chose correctly with 3D-printed braces over Invisalign.
