I recently had cataract surgery and lenses put in. I am so happy at how great it went! My eyesight is excellent again. Dr. Paveloff is an exceptional Doctor. He is easy to talk to, explains everything you need to know and the surgery was painless and fast. Every step of the way all his staff members were friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Paveloff’s office!
I was given a stat referral by my pcp for a blocked tear duct. I was scheduled for a week out. I arrived for my appointment and was informed it had been rescheduled the afternoon of the prior day. I told the front desk attendant that was less than 24hrs notice and that I hadn’t gotten that message since I work late hours. She said well you wouldn’t have a 24 hour notice if the doctors schedule changed in a rude tone. This is incredibly unprofessional. Dr. Paveloff came highly recommended to me, and my trust turned out to be well founded. His office was efficient about scheduling all of the necessary appointments before and after cataract surgery, and Dr. Paveloff was knowledgeable in answering all of the questions I peppered him with.
