Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up? Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays
