Great Company, Friendly Personnel
PAV is the best. I have contacted and used other companies but PAV has been my one and only oil service since 2023. The best customer service and the cutest delivery guy. I was on a quarter tank called on Thursday for delivery was told they will be out Monday. Saturday morning I see truck outside my door. These guys has also provided me with emergency services. Unlike other companies that I have used who say they have emergency services but don't and poor customer service. I'm not leaving PAV Fuels.
I ran out of oil yesterday evening and Rob was phenomenal. I am a new customer but that didn’t stop him from helping. He was willing to fill my tank enough to get myself and kids through the night and came out today to fill up the rest. I can’t express how grateful I am for him and his willingness to help because it has been so cold! Thank you!
I completely ran out of oil during a cold snap and the company I used to go with couldn’t deliver until 5 days later. I called around to a few different companies and no one in my area was accepting new customers due to the cold weather. I was referred to and called Pav this morning, spoke to Sue, and Rob was at my house and filled my tank by the afternoon. I am absolutely impressed with the sense of urgency this company has. Great service from the minute I called to the final delivery, everyone seemed very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Highly recommended.
