I ran out of oil yesterday evening and Rob was phenomenal. I am a new customer but that didn’t stop him from helping. He was willing to fill my tank enough to get myself and kids through the night and came out today to fill up the rest. I can’t express how grateful I am for him and his willingness to help because it has been so cold! Thank you!
I completely ran out of oil during a cold snap and the company I used to go with couldn’t deliver until 5 days later. I called around to a few different companies and no one in my area was accepting new customers due to the cold weather. I was referred to and called Pav this morning, spoke to Sue, and Rob was at my house and filled my tank by the afternoon. I am absolutely impressed with the sense of urgency this company has.
