Everything was great from the time I walked in to the time I left
This space is soooo lovely and everyone that worked when I was there were extremely kind and helpful. I only did the contrast therapy - can't wait to go back and try the float and red light - thanks Pause!
Pause is great. I have been coming here for years. The team is always kind and helpful. I highly recommend the infra red sauna and cold plunge for self care. I always feel so energized and ready to go after it. Thank you Pause :)
