Today I visited Pause Pain & Wellness and had an excellent experience. Felicia Smith, FNP-C, along with the front desk staff, were very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I was seen right on time, all of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I left with more information and clarity than when I walked in. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality care to make an appointment here.
Dr. Phelisha was so very nice, truly listening to me and giving her time to explain everything at a level I could completely understand. The young intake lady was also very pleasant and helpful.
Loved my visit. Great Provider and Front Desk.
Amazing experience. She explained everything so easily. Helped me realize things about myself I didn't even know. Highly recommend!
Really thankful for Mrs Smith and the staff they were super helpful and courteous would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get yourself on track. As a new Mississippi resident it was nice to feel accepted and at home
