I love Pause. I spend most of my time in San Diego now but I was in LA for a summer a couple of years ago and I was a regular at the time. I'm waiting for the one they are supposed to open in Encinitas. From red light, IVs, sauna with cold plunge (contrast therapy), & compression... They have everything to help a person reclaim and maintain their health & wellbeing. There is truly no better investment.
First time here and will definitely come back! In fact, I signed up to become a member. Came in to use the Float and discovered all the other amenities for proper restorative recovery. The staff was friendly, welcoming and informative. I can’t wait to try the other services .
What a wonderful gem in the middle of Brentwood! The facility was beautiful and all ladies who guided me were super kind and attentive.. The set up is wonderful and with the sayna, their unique, technologically advanced massage, and red light therapy, i felt brand new.. Definitely recommand it to all friends
