House burned down and had to relocate. I called to move my gift card to another location and they said no. The facility is nice but the rudeness and lack of care for the local community is really mindblowing. You really see the character of a business and its owners during a time of crisis and a simple request such as this could not be accommodated. I would take my business elsewhere and I hope the community does the same.
I had a grest experience at Pause Brentwood. The location was great and the staff was attentive. There was one person, Chonzie, who was especially helpful and knowledgeable about the treatments and she guided me through each one and provided anything I needed. I will continue to go to Pause for all the therapies they offer and I hope Chonzie B will be there as her attention to detail and professionalism made my experience feel so comforting and healing.
I love Pause! It’s my favorite wellness studio in LA by far! The people at the front desk are also so nice and knowledgeable whenever I have questions!
Literally the best team. McKenzie was super professional, got the IV in on the first go (which most nurses in hospitals take forever to get) and was so kind! The front desk staff was also super helpful and kind. Great experience and I’ll be back! Thanks team! Xx
I love pause for their sauna, red light therapy, contrast therapy and other services. It’s always so clean and well kept, I always leave so relaxed. I’d recommend!
